Adductors: Find Treatment Success by Understanding the Gluteals (eCourse)
$49.00
The adductors are both powerful and delicate muscles that are sensitive to gait and hip health. They require a particular level of sensitivity for the therapist, as well as an understanding of how they function and dysfunction. We cannot release the adductors without understanding and considering in treatment their highly connected relationship with the abductors of the hip - TFL, piriformis and the gluteals.
This course focuses on treating adductor longus and adductor magnus - two muscles that often confuse and confound therapists. We show how to create real, immediate and lasting change in these muscles, even in large and athletic clients – without stress on the practitioner. Understanding the sequence of treatment and how to involve the entire body, using broad yet deep pressure allows the practitioner to facilitate change quickly.
